Performance Marketing Specialist Job at Tibber – Berlin

Creating paid marketing campaigns. As part of our Marketing and Growth team, you will plan, implement and optimize paid marketing campaigns and activities in a variety of channels such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Managing paid marketing campaigns. You will manage ongoing campaigns in different acquisition channels.
Oversee user acquisition projects. Together with other teams and stakeholders, you will ideate and coordinate user acquisition projects.
Data sharing. An important part of your work is analyzing and reporting results and KPIs, both team-internally and company-wide.
Passionate. You are a data-driven marketing professional with a true passion for performance marketing.
Paid user acquisition and media buying. 2+ years of experience is ideal.
End-to-end campaign experience. Hands-on experience in launching, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns in social, display, native, and search networks.
Growth hacking extraordinaire. First-hand experience in running A/B tests and working with different growth hacking strategies.
Good communication skills. You should have good written and verbal skills in English (our company language) and ideally native-level language skills in either German or Dutch.
Logical and autonomous. A curious and inquiring mindset and great self-management skills.
