Role Overview

At this exciting stage in our company’s growth, we are looking to add to our marketing team with the appointment of an experienced Marketing Executive. Working closely with the Global Director of Marketing, this hybrid position will play a key role in the ongoing growth of our company. The Marketing Executive will play an integral part in our marketing team, assisting in the planning and implementing our global marketing strategy. In addition, they will work on creative campaigns and company events that make a real difference to our company’s success. The ideal candidate will be passionate for the “art” and “science” of marketing and bring an abundance of ideas for creating campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to take the next step in their marketing career.

Key Role Responsibilities:
Lead generation utilizing a number of B2B databases

Maintain and manage the updating of our CRM system (HubSpot)

Identify and MQL inbound leads to be passed to our BDR Team

Design creative content, including videos and graphics, for digital campaigns

Conduct and analyse keyword research to improve SEO campaigns

Deliver engaging email marketing communications to prospects and clients

Design A/B Test campaigns, report results and incorporate into future campaigns to improve engagement

Conduct research and analyse data to identify ideal buyer personas

Be an active contributor to the creative processes by offering input, providing feedback, and sharing ideas

Support the development of our content marketing strategy including blogs, video, thought leadership guides, whitepapers and eBooks

Support the marketing team in implementing our digital marketing strategy, along with ad-hoc requests from the Global Director of Marketing

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing

Minimum 1 years’ experience in a marketing role

You are collaborative. You bring great ideas to the table and seek out how to include others to convert your ideas into reality

Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and digital marketing tools including Canva, InVideo, Camtasia

Proficient use of computer programs including MS Word, Excel, PP

Excellent written/verbal communication skills, time management and attention to detail

Creative flair & willingness to learn and be part of a growing team
