Compensation:

up to $100,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies: You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing plans to attract potential guests to your vacation rental property. This may include digital marketing campaigns, print advertisements, social media promotions, and email marketing campaigns.
• Managing bookings and reservations: You will be responsible for managing the booking and reservation process, including responding to inquiries, confirming reservations, and processing payments. You will need to be highly organized and detail-oriented to ensure that all bookings are accurately recorded and managed.
• Maintaining the vacation rental property: You will need to ensure that the vacation rental property is well-maintained and clean, and that all amenities are in working order. This may involve coordinating with maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure that the property is always in top condition.
• Providing excellent customer service: You will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay at your vacation rental property. This may involve addressing any issues or concerns that guests may have, and providing recommendations for local activities and attractions.
• Analyzing performance: You will need to monitor the performance of your marketing and advertising campaigns, as well as the occupancy and revenue of your vacation rental property. This will allow you to make data-driven decisions and optimize your strategies for maximum effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Are knowledgeable of GSuite (Google Docs) and have the technical aptitude to learn new systems.
• A great conversationalist and email writer, with the ability to quickly build rapport and credibility.
• Able to create and manage a detailed budget.
• A demonstrated interest in public speaking and effective teaching methods.
