Brand Manager

Revive Active is Ireland’s number one vitamin and mineral supplement provider. The company started 11 years ago and formulates, manufactures, and distributes a range of super supplements which are exported throughout the world to over forty-eight different countries. As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking to recruit a Brand Manager. Role Description: Brand Manager

We are looking for a dedicated brand manager to take responsibility for a portfolio of products answering directly into the Head of Brand and Retail Marketing. The role includes:

· Working with the senior marketing team to define the brand strategy for a portfolio of health supplement products in order to continue to drive growth in the market

· Responsibility of the management of marketing budget specific to your portfolio of products with a focus on cost efficiency and ensuring reconciliation of budgets against plans and expenditure.

· Developing brand assets and materials for effective communication to end users (retailer and consumer)

· Working with the team to develop and implement effective communication strategies and detailed marketing plans for all media channels that deliver an increase in sales and margin for the company

· Working with external agencies (design, advertising, PR, event management, packaging, research) to bring marketing projects to life within strict deadlines

· Measurement and reporting the performance of all marketing campaigns and assessing ROI and KPIs

· Monitoring market trends, researching consumer markets, and competitors’ activities to assist with EPD/NPD and development of new markets.

Ideal Candidate:

· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing role in similar industry with minimum 2 years’ experience in brand management

· Business/Marketing Degree with Master’s Qualification desirable

· Strong leadership skills with commercial ability to take ownership for your portfolio of products

· Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to wider team

· Ability to work cross functionally across teams including NPD, Sales, Digital, Compliance, Logistics, Production & Customer Service

· Strong analytical ability along with creative flair for effective marketing campaigns

· Excellent team player

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines

· Strong presentation skills and ability to persuade audiences

· Attention to detail is critical for this role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €33,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
